Erica decided to launch Black Owned Businesses, LLC. which is a platform that will provide support to the unsupported, bring awareness to Black-owned businesses, and encourage established, as well as aspiring entrepreneurs, to become their own boss and expand their brand–an effort to combat unjust employment practices and fill in the gaps by connecting all things Black.⠀⠀
