93: 15 Ways to Practice Self-Care

In this session of The First-Gen Lounge, we talk about finding one’s chill. What do I mean by finding your chill? I mean finding more peace, simplifying your life, and just making things easier for yourself as we go into the new year. ​

Here are 3 highlights from the session:

  1. When you figure out what you like, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with sticking to it. 
  2. It is not selfish to take care of yourself. It’s not possible to be good for anything else if you’re not first good to yourself.
  3. Don’t make things more difficult than they need to be. Keep it simple!
